At LMN, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals living with dementia by fostering meaningful social interaction, engagement, and cognitive stimulation within a safe and supportive community.

Our approach is guided by the following principles:

Every person is treated with dignity and compassion while honoring their unique life experiences and abilities.

Independence:

We encourage residents to maintain as much independence and autonomy as possible in their daily routines.

Prepared Environment:

Our spaces are thoughtfully designed to promote comfort, safety, engagement, and a sense of familiarity.

Innovative Interventions:

Our caregivers incorporate evidence-based approaches, including Montessori-inspired activities, to promote independence, reduce agitation, and support emotional wellbeing.

Meaningful Daily Activities:

Residents participate in familiar and purposeful activities such as folding laundry, gardening, baking, music, and social interaction—helping maintain a sense of purpose and connection
